This plugin makes it easier to respond to your customers, in the same way, that you would respond to a friend or a colleague in real life. You can use it to help you remember what to say in a particular situation and to keep your conversations organized.

So for example, if you want to respond to customers who ask for a quote, you can just create the Quote request list and choose the right quote.
You can also create a list for when you get an incoming message from a customer, and then you can just select that message and click the button to send it.
You can save all of your messages and responses in one place so that you don't have to remember what you said and what the response was. You can just look in the conversation and see the whole thing in one place.
